How to uninstall Zango?

To remove Zango from your computer, please do the following:

1. Close all open applications/programs/windows

2. Go to: “Control Panel“Add\Remove Programs"

3. Click on 'Zango Browser and Wowpapers Tools'

4. Click button

5. Check the components you wish to remove, click and follow the on-screen instructions.

6. Restart your computer

Alternatively, you can use our uninstaller:

2. Click 'Run' and follow on-screen instructions

3. Restart your computer.

How can I install Zango?

To install Zango, simply click the following link: http://www.zango.com/getzango/ and follow on-screen instructions.

If you are experiencing problems, please do the following to make sure that your Internet Explorer settings allow the Zango installation:

1. Open a new session of Internet Explorer

2. Click 'Tools' - 'Internet Options'

3. Click on the 'Security' tab, click the 'Custom Level' button

4. Under the 'Security level for this zone' please lower the bar to 'Medium-High' by dragging it downwards.

5. There are 5 settings under the heading 'Active X controls and plug-ins':

a) 'Download signed ActiveX controls' should be set to 'Prompt'

b) 'Download unsigned ActiveX controls' should be set to 'Disable'

c) 'Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe' should be set to 'Disable'

d) 'Run activeX controls and plug-ins' must be set to 'Enable' or to 'Prompt'

e) 'Script activeX controls marked safe for scripting' must be set to 'Enable'.

6. Under the 'Downloads' section, 'File download' must be set to 'Enable'.

7. Under the 'Miscellaneous' section, 'Allow meta refresh' must be set to 'Enable'.

8. Click 'Apply' and 'OK' to save changes.

9. Refresh the Web page

Please note that Zango is compatible with the following:
